Cutting the ribbon at The Bait Bar

The rain drops didn’t stop the fun as we celebrated the official opening of our new premises on Thornton Road.

David Griffith, shed manager officially did the honours but cutting the ribbon on (what could possible be) New Zealand’s first Bait Bar. Volunteers were shown how to access the locked bait bar to restock their lure supplies. It was also the perfect opportunity for volunteers to connect with others, and get skilled up on using our web based app Adepty.

The shed will be our location for future training opportunities and workshops.
